‍1. Eligibility
The Dosh Cash Back Frenzy (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to individuals who: 1) are legal residents of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia; 2) are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry; 3) have installed the Dosh application on a mobile device and created a Dosh account that has at least one eligible card linked; and 4) whose account has not been flagged by Sponsor for fraudulent activity or suspended by Sponsor at the start of or during the Promotional Period. Employees, officers, and representatives of Sponsor, employees, officers, and representatives of any and all affiliates of Sponsor, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employees, officers and representatives are not eligible. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws, and regulations. Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

2. Sponsor & Administrator
Dosh Holdings LLC, a fully owned subsidiary of Cardlytics, Inc., a Delaware corporation located at 675 Ponce de Leon Ave NE, Suite 6000, Atlanta, GA 30308, U.S.A, herein after referred to as “Dosh”, “Sponsor” and/or “Administrator.”

3. Timing
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 AM Central Time ("CT") on June 8, 2023, and ends at 11:59 PM CT June 18, 2023 (the "Promotion Period"). Administrator’s computer is the official time keeping device for the Sweepstakes.

4. How to Enter
‍MANY MAY ENTER, ONE WILL WIN. The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. A Dosh account with at least one eligible credit card linked to such account is required. To enter, please open the Dosh app on your mobile device during the Promotional Period.

5. How to Win
Eligible Dosh users can enter by opening the Dosh application during the Promotional Period.  Users can boost their opportunity to win by making qualified cash back purchases at Dosh merchants. In particular, eligible Dosh users will receive one entry into the Sweepstakes by opening the Dosh application during the Promotional Period. After that, eligible Dosh users can earn one additional entry into the Sweepstakes if they make one qualified cash back purchase at a Dosh merchant during the Promotional Period. Cash back purchases resulting from hotel bookings on Dosh do not qualify as qualified cash back purchases for purposes of these Official Rules or the Sweepstakes and will not be considered an entry. All references in these Official Rules to qualified cash back purchases do not include hotel purchases on Dosh. Each Dosh user can have a maximum of two entries. Dosh users must first enter into the Sweepstakes by opening the Dosh application during the Promotional Period before they can gain an additional entry by making one qualified cash back purchase at a Dosh merchant during the Promotional Period. After the Promotional Period is over, one winner will be selected from the eligible entries in a random drawing by Sponsor. The Dosh User with the winning entry, assuming they comply with the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, will get $300.00 added to his or her Dosh wallet within sixty (60) days after the end of the Promotional Period. Please see Dosh’s Terms of Service for more information on how to earn cash back on Dosh and redeem funds in Dosh wallets.

6. Winner Selections and Verification
The selected potential winner must comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules, and all winnings are contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. Administrator’s decision as to the administration and operation of the Sweepstakes is final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. The winner will be announced no later than 5:00 PM Central Time (“CT”) on Friday, June 23, 2023. The winner will be announced through the Dosh app. The potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. Administrator is responsible for the functionality of the Sweepstakes.

7. Limit
During the Promotion Period please follow the instructions for the Sweepstakes. Multiple participants are not permitted to share the same Dosh account. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than two entries by using multiple/different Dosh accounts, email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that participant's entries and that participant will be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected registrations, which will be disqualified. In the event of a dispute as to any registration, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register the Dosh account will be deemed to be the registrant or player. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address and/or the natural person assigned the identification number by Sponsor.

8. Prizes
$300.00 deposited in one (1) winner’s Dosh wallet within sixty (60) days. Odds of winning a prize depends on the number of eligible entries received. No cash or other substitution is available, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize or prize component with cash or another prize of comparable or greater value. Any prize received is non-assignable and is non-transferable. Winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use. Prizes will be awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied offered by Sponsor.

9. Publicity
Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes the winner's consent to Sponsor's use of winner’s name, likeness, prize won and Dosh username for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.

10. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify these Official Rules and/or the Sweepstakes in any way without prior notice or obligation in the event of fraud, technical failures, or for any other reason whatsoever. In the event that the Sweepstakes is cancelled before the end of the Promotional Period, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prize at random from among the participants who entered up to the time of the impairment. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other Promotion, or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage any web site or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil law, and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

11. Release
By receipt of any prize, the winner agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor, and any of its promotional partners, each of their parent, subsidiary, affiliate and related companies, and each of its and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively the “Released Parties”) from and against any losses, damages, rights, claim or cause of action of any kind arising, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, out of participation in the Sweepstakes or resulting directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize awarded in connection with the Sweepstakes, including without limitation personal injury, death, and/or property damage, as well as claims based on publicity rights, defamation, and/or invasion of privacy.

12. Limitations of Liability
The Released Parties are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (5) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize or while traveling to or from any prize-related activity.

13. Disputes
Entrant agrees that: (i) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, other than the administration of the Sweepstakes or the determination of winner, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the federal and state courts located in Fulton County, Georgia; (ii) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes but in no event attorneys' fees; and (iii) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Georgia, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Georgia or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Georgia.

Information collected from entrants is subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at https://www.dosh.com/privacy-policy and Section 9 of these Official Rules.

15. Winner List for Prize
Sweepstakes results of the prize and/or a copy of these Official Rules may be obtained by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope to the "Sweepstakes Winner/Rules Request”, c/o Cardlytics, 675 Ponce de Leon Ave NE, Suite 6000, Atlanta, GA 30308, U.S.A. Requests must be received by June 18, 2023, for the winner list. Vermont residents may omit return postage for the official rules. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. MANY MAY ENTER, ONE WILL WIN.
