Dosh joins Fintech Equality Coalition to impact industry-wide change
We’ve joined forces with leading financial services companies to pledge to examine our own internal biases and barriers, and work together to more actively recruit and engage with the Black community. As part of the Fintech Equality Coalition we will be joining a working group of like-minded fintech leaders to hold each other accountable and share annual progress.
Dosh is committed to focusing on specific efforts to serve Black people in a number of ways. Through our product to support Black business owners, our hiring and business practices to attract and better support Black team members.
We are continuing to look for and find ways to do our part to put an end to racism and discrimination, and we believe it all adds up. Accountability is a big part of our initiative and this coalition, so we are also committing to publishing updates on our ongoing efforts.
For our local community, we’re still offering Austin-based Black-owned businesses to the Dosh platform for free for 30 days. If you’d like to read more about this program, read the blog post, or to sign up, please click here.
